Here at DAM Doors we believe only the best is good enough for our customers, so all our commercial roller doors are spring assisted for safety and speed.
There are several options available depending on your requirements. See examples below...
Roller Shutter Doors
These doors are constructed of individual slats interlocking to create strength, but unlike the continuous curtain roller doors we can replace the individual slats if damaged rather than the entire screen at a fraction of the price. This then creates a longer service life of your door.
These doors can also have Ventilated & Perforated slats. This is ideal for office and apartment car parks, factories and warehouses where gases and fumes are present or additional airflow is required. We can ventilate or perforate complete door screens or individual slats. The number of and positioning of the slats can vary and is dependent on the particular application, therefore we can customise any of these options to suit your individual requirements.
The roller shutter door has many options for operation such as: spring balanced, manual hand chain, single and three phase motorisation.
We can then add safety beams, remotes and auto logic controllers to allow additional services to be connected into the door.
Roller Grille Doors
Aluminium Roller Grille doors are suited for use on larger entry points such as carparks, shop fronts, shopping malls etc where security and vision are key.
They combine airflow and a high level of visibility without loss of security.
They are manufactured using high tensile aluminium links and either 12mm or 19mm aluminium tubes.
The standard finish is satin silver anodised, however powder coating is available in a wide range of colours.

Personnel Access Doors
Personnel Access doors are a great option where high security and top quality are needed, therefore are suitable for many different applications.
They are an aluminium clad door with an injected polyurethane foam core which is then pre-hung in a one piece frame.
They are a great alternative to timber doors where swelling & sticking can be a problem. There is also no painting of the door as they are pre-finished in a range of standard colours.
They typically come with a lever lockset that is keyed outside and free turn inside so perfect for fire egress, otherwise they can be fitted with your choice of hardware.
